Marketing Communications Analyst
Job Function: To assist sales and product management with written materials and social media content that effectively representLemko’s solutions to customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
Implements marketing plan, updates and develops new plans as required
Implement social media plan including updating web site content, writing blog entries, SEO and articles.
Receive work assignments from Product Manager and sales vice president based on communication needs.
Works with sales and product management to understand communication needs; participates as a member of the product management team.
Develops collateral, updates product brochures to include new features, value propositions. Creates product and/or market presentations, drafts press releases
Gathers information on competitive products and technology, organizes and presents findings to management team.
Develops mail/communication campaigns as dictated by sales, and monitors roll-out of the campaign, develops metrics to determine success at the conclusion.
Assists with the development of webinars
Assists with trade show activities, event planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
One to three years’experience in marketing or related field; experience with cellular industry desired
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with social media, Internet marketing activities
Ability to deal with growth environment, constant change and work well under pressure.
Highly collaborative; enjoy working with employees/clients at all levels.
Motivated, self-directed
Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects/deadlines
Proficient PC skills, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Senior Customer Applications Support Specialist
Provides technical telephone and/or on-site applications support to customers, answering questions on function and usage of Lemko’s Cellular software and the associated supporting hardware. On-site client work may include installation and troubleshooting of complex Linux server based applications. Possesses expert knowledge of cellular networks, Internet connectivity, telephony and Lemko’s Node1 and Node2 products. Provides work leadership and direction to junior applications specialists and developers. Requires at least five years of Linux applications support experience. Knowledge of Huawei Base Stations is preferred.
Job Description:
Perform remote installation, configuration and maintenance of Lemko 2G and 3G cellular voice, data and SMS/MMS systems. Act as Lemko’s IP Networking Subject Matter Expert. With the support of Lemko Development engineers provide real-time network components in C, C++ using TCP, UDP protocols to interface w/GSM, CDMA units, IMS & 3-G architectures. Performs real-time IP network emulation creating lab conditions that statistically match measured field data, including delay distributions, packet reordering, jitter, and autocorrelation.
Requirements:
MS in Comp. Sci. or Comp. Eng. & 4-months exp. in job offered or as Software Engineer. Will accept any suitable combination of education training or experience so long as background includes multi-threaded software program for real time voice & data networks on Linux/UNIX platforms, development of real-time network components in C, C++ using TCP, UDP protocols and VOIP protocols (SIP/IAX/RTPH.323).

Sales and Channel Management
Lemko Corporation develops and markets a software based 4th generation mobile core network solutions. The following positions will be located in our corporate headquarters in Schaumburg, IL. and the Washington DC area.
Lemko’s primary markets are Tier 2 and Tier 3 mobile network operators and government customers in North America. The company utilizes a combination of direct and channel based sales activities.

Senior Sales Executive (Schaumburg, IL.)
Directs all assigned territory sales activities to meet revenue goals and corporate objectives
Develop territory plans that include marketing requirements for lead generation activities and sales tactics to produce net new revenue.
Helps customer create pro forma business plans and overall ROI analysis for existing network upgrades and green field deployments.
Forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly booking and revenue.
Responsible for account management activities.
Coordinates and utilizes company resources to direct sales support activities, including pre-sales technical support, contracts and sales operations.
Capable of selling cross-functionally to technical, operational and financial executives.
Senior Channel Manager (Schaumburg, IL.)

Identifies and develops new channel /reseller opportunities based upon company’s strategic objectives.

Goverment Sales Executive (Washington D.C. area)

Sales Engineer-Goverment Sales (Washington D.C. area)
Supports all government related sales activities to meet revenue goals and corporate objectives:
Perform as key technical advisor and product advocate during sales process.
Manage technical evaluation, articulate technology and product positioning with customers.
Support development of RFIs and RFPs.
Identify and help resolve technical issues during all phases of the sales process.
Provide regular feedback to product management and engineering customer requirements.
Education, Experience and Skills
Extensive knowledge of fixed and mobile wireless networks or experience with IP based telecom networks.
Must have good sales skills and Customer Relations Management (CRM) is a plus.
Experience in working in a start-up or early stage environment is a plus.
7-10 years experience required with proven sales success.
BS required. Engineering degree preferred.

Lead Software Engineer
Job Description:
Lead Software Engineer-Performs feature design, development, coding, testing, integration
and documentation for IP-based cellular solution software that delivers voice, data,
SMS and multimedia services from shelf servers and PC hardware platform. Establish and
document procedures for software integration, installation, maintenance and upgrade by
designing tests, and analyzing test results. Create and execute unit, integration, system
and acceptance test plans and scripts for software quality control. Works closely with
other team members and interact with users to define system requirements and necessary
modifications to deliver high quality and reliable cellular network performance.
Requirements:
Requirements: MS in CE/CS/IT & background in telecommunication technology (including SS7,
T1 trunks, PBX, switching and routing); TCP/IP architecture, DNS, DHCP, virtual circuits,
routers and multiplexing; VoIP protocols (including SIP, MGCP, RTP and SDP); Asterisk
Open-source VoIP platform; Wireshark network protocol analyzer; IETF RFC's; C++ programming
& modeling of Object Oriented applications.

Software development project for IP-based cellular solution software that delivers voice, data and multimedia services from shelf servers and PC hardware platform. Performs multi-threaded software programming for real-time wireless, voice & data networks in Linux/Unix environments. Develops real time network components in C, C++ using TCP, UDP protocols to interface with GSM, CDMA, UMTS, IMS and 3-G architectures. Develops middleware module to interface with Java, front end & SQL DB or other module. Requirements: MS in Comp. Sci. or Comp. Eng. & 4 years experience as Software Engineer or related field.
